Whether we like it or not, celebrities often become role models, especially for teens. But unfortunately, such models do not set the best example. Scandals related to popular TV stars regularly pop up in the media and evoke more parental concerns. Most parents would like their children to avoid the topics of sex, drugs, and compromising pictures. A mere thought of the influence stars make over children makes adults scared. But in reality, we can hardly find a way to influence either teens or pop stars in their decisions.

The ethics of famous people’s actions is frequently dubious, and we shall not try hard to change it. It is much more important for children and parents to define notorious actions and identify why they are so inappropriate. After all, the child’s perception of people shall form depending on their actions, not an overall image. Therefore movie stars are by no means responsible for behaving themselves. In their turn, parents are indeed obliged to explain to their kids what is inappropriate and why.

At every age, all of us have their idols and naturally get influenced by famous personalities. But there is always a chance that our favorites involve in some compromising stories. These can be speculations of the media people as well as real occasions, and all of us, teens and adults shall approach such issues philosophically. After all, there is nothing extravagant in the fact that someone we do not know in person behaves irresponsibly.
